MAJAREEGLID
Külalised peaksid järgima mõningaid reegleid, et muuta nende viibimine kõigi jaoks meeldivamaks. Külalised peaksid teadma järgmist.
- Korteri sissepääsukoodi saamiseks palume Teil täita veebipõhise sisseregistreerimise vorm.
- Sisseregistreerimiseks peab olema vähemalt 18-aastane.
- Saabumisel tuleb tasuda tagatisraha.
- Külalised saavad sisseregistreerida ajavahemikul 15.00-00.00. Kui soovite sisseregistreerida antud ajavahemikust erineval ajal, tuleb sellest eelnevalt kokku leppida majutusasutusega.
- Külalised peavad majutusasutusest lahkuma ajavahemikul: 00.00-11.00, kui ei ole kokku lepitud teisiti.
- Palun suhtuge meie korterisse nagu oma koju ja tehke korter enne lahkumist pisut korda. Me ei paku igapäevast majapidamisteenust, seega Teie korteri puhtus on Teie enda otsustada. Kui soovite ööbimise ajal lisakoristust, aitame Teid meeleldi lisatasu eest.
- Lemmikloomad on meie korterites keelatud.
- Suitsetamine korterites on keelatud sh. rõdudel.
- Palume vältida valju müra tekitamist ajavahemikul 23.00–08.00, et kõik naabrid saaksid rahulikult magada.
- Külalised vastutavad tekitatud kahjude eest. Vajadusel on meil õigus nõuda lisatasu.
- Igasugused peod ja suured koosviibimised on meie korterites rangelt keelatud.
You always have a comfortable self check-in option. Either keyless entry, receiving the keys from a lockbox near the apartment or our employee meets you at the apartment with the keys and all the necessary instructions and shows the apartment.
A damage deposit of 50€ is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 15 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
All apartments have clean bed sheets, linen and towels. In addition there is toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, soap, toothbrushes.
Yes, all apartments have free wireless internet connection. You will find the password in the apartment.
Early check-in is possible if the apartment stays unoccupied the night before.
If you want a check out time after 11:00 then 50% of the apartments daily rate will be charged. This is subject to availability.
We have a non-smoking policy! Smoking is not allowed in any of our properties, including balconies!
Pets are not allowed in our apartments.
